Isaac also gets an extra suit for single-player: the Riot Security Suit - if you link the iPhone tie-in game to your EA account.All suits are reskins of four types of RIGs (Engineering, Security, Vintage and Advanced) and have a wide range of bonuses.

Single-player unlocks are scattered around levels, so one will have to play through the game at least twice to get a full set. Multiplayer unlocks for the Human Security team include a lot of variations on repainting the exact same Security Suit. Always a Bigger Fish: Happens twice in quick succession during the sequence where Daina reveals herself to be a Unitologist just before her goons can haul Isaac off to a shuttle, an EarthGov gunship appears and effortlessly takes down both her and her subordinates, forcing Isaac to flee into a nearby emergency shaft to escape. It's only by going through the expanded universe (namely watching Dead Space: Aftermath) that you find out details about his life, like who he's chasing and talking about during his hallucinations. All There in the Manual: Although he is key to the plot, Nolan Stross' background is very lacking in the game. However on the first playthrough this adds to the scariness of the game - being helpless if you are attacked, though you won't be. He still is determined to survive, and manages to use modified tools and his environment to overcome impossible odds, including things like overcoming a small army of security guards waiting for him. He's not a trained soldier, just an engineer. Action Survivor: Isaac seems to be this to some degree. Actionized Sequel: While the original isn't lacking in action, the sequel ramps up the scale of the set-pieces and speed of the pacing a lot. It's not abandoned at the time, but by the time you gain control, it's smack in the middle of the Necromorph infestation and thus devoid of human survivors. Abandoned Hospital Awakening: The game begins with Isaac waking up in a hospital on the Sprawl. 
Abandoned Area: Pretty much everywhere you visit is either already abandoned or will be in very short order.
